Skills and Experience: I have sailed numerous times in many types of boats, but no formal training. I'm extremely enthusiastic and badly want to sail again in a racing environment. I do know the basics of sailing and some vocab. I'm dependable and athletic and would be happy in any position. I'd also be happy to help with preparing the boats, i.e. cleaning, to get them ready for the season.
Comments: Presently, I'm free Tues. and Thurs. evenings and also on Sat. and Sun. day and evenings. I'd be happy to travel on the weekends.

Skills and Experience: ENTHUSIASM!

I am new to racing but want to gain experience. I have been sailing casually on friends' boats for several years and am looking for more opportunities to get out on the water this season. My only racing experience was at a tourist trap on St. Martin where they take people out on America's Cup yachts and spend the day racing around in the harbor. But it was really fun. And I want to do more of it!

I've been a member of the Oregon Women's Sailing Association for eight whole months ;) and have enjoyed weekly sailing on a variety of boats with them.

The only other thing I can say for myself is that I learn fast, I'm fit and have a flexible schedule and I'm available on weekends. Oh, and I love to sail.

Skills and Experience: I've been sailing mostly for pleasure off and on for about 5 years. I've had no formal training, just coaching by friends, but everyone I've been out with has called me a 'natural'. I just love being on the water so I'm willing and wanting to learn. I've done a bit of racing with good results and would love to get onto a regular racing schedule.

Thanks!
Comments: I'm willing/able to travel on weekends with notice.

Skills and Experience: I've raced a bunch on FJs, Buccaneer 18s, Lido 14s, Flying Scot's, Capri 22's. Have raced against Thistle's, Lasers, sunfish. I'm usually foredeck, but am happy to do everything including be railmeat. I can fly a chute fairly well, and I don't weigh much. I don't mind getting wet and hiking out. I'm easy to get along with and always want to learn. Maybe you've got a spot for me?
Comments: Tuesday nights are no good, but otherwise I'm pretty open. I'm happy to travel so long as I don't have to miss *tooo* much work.

Skills and Experience: I am learning to sail. I crewed a trimaran last spring on Klamath Lake. I've just moved to Portland and am interested in getting more sailing experience.
Comments: I am available on weeknights. I will also be available most weekends throughout the summer. While I am competetive, I am also in the learning stages of becoming a sailor. I would not be a good fit for a skipper who is hypercompetetive.

(1) dependable, (2) good judgement, (3) sailing experience - racing a plus. Able to get yourself out to the dock by 5 pm Thursday nights. Flakes need not apply.

Comments: My boat is a C&C 34. It's moored at Tomahawk Bay Marina on Hayden Island.

I plan to race in the last few SYSCO races in May and the Summer series in June - July. I'll probably also participate in some of the yacht club regattas and beer can races in August. The Sysco races are held Thursday nights. I'll be entering the cruising classes - no spinnaker.

Advise interest.
