The Willamette Sailing School (WSS) is a program run by the Willamette Sailing Club (WSC).  The Willamette Sailing Club offers a special "Training" membership category for non-members interested in learning to sail - the membership and class fees are combined into one affordable price. 

The WSC Sailing School is the premiere small boat sailing school in Oregon.  All WSS instructors are US Sailing Certified, insuring the most consistent and top quality sailing education available.  The program is designed to provide an extensive amount of time on the water, with enough classroom work to provide the necessary knowledge.  WSS recognizes, though, that the best way to learn to sail is to actually do it.  

WSS offers several types of classes; 

• Adult Beginning classes
• Adult Advanced Sailing on Fridays
• Women Only Beginning classes
• Family classes
• Private Lessons
• Youth Beginning Classes & Camps in both Optimists and 15-foot Club 420's
• Youth Advanced Classes & Camps in both Optimists and 15-foot Club 420's
