June 8th – Novice, White Fleet and Crew Clinic

Come race with us! Are you new to dinghy racing? Unsure of the rules?
Concerned about collisions on the race course? Want to learn how to be
a crew member? Come to our second WSC Basic Dinghy Racing Clinic a.k.a
White Fleet Clinic. Practice racing in a low pressure environment with
on-the-water coaching. All boat classes are invited, including Laser,
Thistle, Daysailer, Lido, and White Fleet boats (for mixed fleet
racing). Don’t own a boat yet? Come anyway. We can find you a boat to

10 a.m., coffee and donuts, chalk talk on racing strategy, starting,
and how not to collide.

11:30 a.m. boat rigging, new crew orientation.

12:30 go get lunch (or brown bag it)

1 p.m. Practice starts and short racing. The weather will be nice.
